I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (New York, NY) in Sep 2017
Interview
Phone interview, then webcam interview (a couple hours long) with upper management, then they fly you out to the location for an on-site interview if you are liked after the webcam interview. Interviews were fairly challenging, but i expected nothing less. Was pretty excited about the job until I arrived onsite and saw hundreds of people with their faces in their computer and no smiles anywhere, along with an interesting experience with one of the managers. The manager definitely try to play a little bit of an intimidation game during the in person interview, my assumption is to see how you handle under pressure. Wasn’t used to that kindve a style so be prepared to be hounded left and right with questions and have every one of your answers be challenged by the interviewer. Successful company that offers many promotion opportunities, however the company atmosphere could use some work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring team basically going through my resume asking questions about it as well as some behavioral questions. It was. average difficulty overall and I made to the next interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2026
Interview
Easy short phone call. Basic behavioral questions. Lots background details about Fisher that is not really needed in a first interview. The flow of the interview is weird because you go from answering questions about yourself to hearing about the pay structure of the company and then back to more questions about yourself.
