Was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview for a week later. Called a week later and basically asked questions about my resume. "Tell me what you did as....(position)." The interview lasted for about 30 minutes and then I was allowed to ask questions. I think I was asking questions that she had absolutely no idea about. I kept asking about the investment associate job, then she would answer with an answer that seemed more like a cold call/customer service type job. I kept asking "is this job in investing at all?" So it seems like the "investment" job is not really in investing at all. After the interview, she said she would pass the "notes" onto the actual hiring manager and if they liked what they saw I would get another phone interview with the actual hiring manager. If they liked that interview, then I would be invited on campus for a personal interview.

I enjoyed the process but also no idea where it’s going. Excited to see what happens and hoping for a good result. Also I need to write 30 words I guess
