It was an exciting process. Went through multiple rounds in order to get to the end. A series of phone calls, then a final onsite that took around 4 hours. Talked with a multitude of people ranging from manager to vp levels of roles.

The first interview was on the phone. The questions were very straightforward, but the interviewer was dry and robotic. While talking I had no that much response so I felt a little drained. It was very business like and didn't feel like we were communicating well.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. An hour before the interview they asked to push the time back to later in the day. Then they completely ghosted me. They didn't show up to the interview that they had postponed and never answered my messages.

Very weird interview. It was almost like they were trying to meet a interview quota, not actually interested in hiring. The people working there did not seem to be enjoying their jobs.
