Aligned base comp expectations up front with recruiter 60-65k
Went through interview process and even filled out a form that stated “expected base comp” I put 65K
Offer time 50K + overtime (~3-6K/ yr) + 7500 bonus target
Don’t pee on my head and tell me it’s raining…
by that I mean they kept trying to tell me I’d make my goal of 60-65 but I said BASE comp and they’re saying TOTAL comp. Don’t try to tell me I’ll meet my goal of 60-65 BASE comp when you’re offering me 60-65 TOTAL comp
I was really really looking forward to joining Fisher but this whole ordeal has put me off

I have applied to the company recently. They admitted my CV and called me one of the top candidates, but once I emailed them that I need visa to work in the UK, they have declined my interview invitation. The irony is that they are able to provide visa sponsorship, but indeed they would prefer anyone else but without need to sponsor a candidate.
