      First round was with the recruiter , phone screening which lasted about 40 mins. The interview was well structured and the recruiter was very friendly throughout the call. I was able to move forward to the next round evaluation which is a video interview that would last for 90 mins.

      Once you apply and get set up with an interview, you connect with someone who is supposedly in a senior hiring role, could have fooled me though! I came into this interview as an experienced agency IT recruiter and it becomes very clear those on the staffing side of the company are not competent, and that is probably why they ended up there..they couldn't perform at an agency level. The interviewer was nice enough, but it was clear their line of questioning barely scratched the surface of what high volume and focused recruiting should be. Ultimately, I was sent an automated rejection email, which for someone in the industry is a big slap in the face. Those in hiring should be aware of how impersonal this is and how it gives us in the industry a bad name, especially if you already spoke to a few people. In the end, their salary range would have been a big pay cut for anyone who is successful in agency staffing. If you are not good at agency staffing, this is probably the place for you, you can get consistent and predictable checks every month without any incentive to perform.
