3 steps. 1 30 MIN phone call, 2 a 45 min phone call, 3 a 1 hour panel video with hiring managers. In all the interview was conversational. The questions stemmed from the things i said about my self and work experience. Always have questions ready. It shows you are interested.

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.

Easy short phone call. Basic behavioral questions. Lots background details about Fisher that is not really needed in a first interview. The flow of the interview is weird because you go from answering questions about yourself to hearing about the pay structure of the company and then back to more questions about yourself.
