First there is a phone interview. Then if the recruiter likes you, then you do a team interview. To advance in the process, I feel like you had to answer exactly their salary expectations. So in the process say you expect $60,000 USD.

I received a phone call requesting a phone interview. The soonest it could be was in a week and a half. The day of it was your standard phone call interview. It lasted for about 30 minutes.
