Horrible experience. The recruiters that sit out of the Vancouver, WA location are disorganized and dishonest. Waited for my interview and reached out once I did not hear back, I was told in an email that they had "reached out and left a voicemail" which was completely false. When we rescheduled, they made it seem as if they were very disinterested in the conversation and kept it short. They spent majority of the time talking about a role on a surface level but were not able to explain thoroughly. Stay away from the Vancouver recruiters.
The interview process was long and involved multiple steps, starting with an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications. This was followed by a technical assessment and two rounds of in-depth interviews, including a panel discussion with senior team members. After several weeks and a final interview with the hiring manager, the process concluded with reference checks before an offer was finally extended

Question 1
What is one challenge you had to overcome, how did it change you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
Good, quick, usual situational questions. Nothing out of the ordinary from them. Lasted about 45 minutes. Unsure if I was on the last interview or not but thought it was well operated.
