Fisher Investments interview questions

Interviewed and pretty much got ghosted. Applied using their online portal and they reached out asking for a time I was available to discuss the role further. No scheduling app or link to a calendar. I just sent a test message and had one of the recruiters set up an interview. I Only had one round which was a phone interview. Recruiter was very friendly and detailed about the job requirements and the team that I would be potentially joining. They said I should get an answer within 2 weeks and 2 weeks came and went, no response. From my experience, I've found that good jobs can have a bad recruiting/hiring process and some bad good recruiting processes. From having other colleagues I know at Fisher, I hope this is was an anomaly and that they don't make a habit of notifying candidates that they are no longer being considered. I'm sure Fisher is a great place to work at but their interview process compared to other Finance/Accounting companies they were not organized at all.

Pretty straight forward interview. Three to four total rounds. No finance or investment experience required. Looking for individuals who are willing to learn and a good fit for the culture.
