New store opening, had to work in groups of about 5 (there were around 25 of us altogether) to create burgers using fake ingredients in a fast time. The burgers which were all correct and quickly made were the winners, but afterwards there were 1 on 1 interviews which asked basic questions about teamwork, communication and availability.
Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
