Just a call with the owner of the restaurant who asked a few behavioral questions. Was then accepted into the position pretty much immediately following that interview. The owner was very nice and kind.

Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
