I had the most seamless interview process at Flatiron Health. I was referred through a friend who knew the hiring manager and interview process consisted of a phone screen, a first round with the hiring manager, a second round with four 2:1 interviews and a final round interview with the head of HR. The questions were fair and everyone I interacted with was incredibly excited to work there. I was also very impressed I was able to cross-interview the hiring manager at the end of the interview process. Every time I had a question, one of the two recruiters got back to me within a matter of hours and post the verbal offer, my written offer was provided within days. Onboarding has been equally as robust and seamless.
