I went through 4 phone interviews and 3 coding challenges using codility.com. Later I went to a 5 interviews round in NYC. I declined the offer because the position was for NYC only. They are not transparent in their recruiting process. The interviews and overall experience was quite enjoyable, but they made me go to NYC and spend two vacation days plus the multiple calls to later told me that if I wanted the job, I had to move to NYC.
