Flatiron Health interview questions

30 minute phone interview (even though I'm located in NYC as well). Hiring Manager had me on speaker phone, was eating lunch during the interview, and I heard dishes clash constantly. He seemed disinterested right off the bat. Misinterpreted a few statements I made (probably because he couldn't hear me properly over his dish clashing). Was very terse in responding to the questions I had asked at the end - for instance I asked what their ideal candidate looked like and he said "I can't answer that question for you"...A response he gave me twice more for other simple questions I posed!
