Flatiron Health Project Manager interview questions

Overall very positive experience. There were four, 1-hour, interviews (not including the phone screen), each with two interviewers. I had one engineering interview and the others were with product managers and a business representative. The interview timing was flexible, and I was able to split out the interviews over two days to match my schedule. What seemed different about these interviews were that they genuinely appeared to test the way in which I approached problems as opposed to simply checking what I know. This was a refreshing approach. The product management interviews covered some real-life use cases on 'how would you address this problem?' These questions were provided with sufficient background to the industry, and meant that the process actually left me as an educated interviewee. I had been interviewed by another medical/tech firm prior to that, and recall not really understanding the business but Flatiron gave distinct care to ensure I had grasped what was needed. The engineering interview seemed more of a gauge on technical knowledge as opposed to seeing if I could write pure code. I had to answer some questions around SQL, which got progressively more challenging but the engineering team were happy and quick to help guide the conversation when it got off-topic.
