Flatiron Health RWE PM interview questions

I had a video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was 5 minutes late to call in. The connection was not great (not sure if it was my side, her side or the web conference app) and we spent the next 10 minutes figuring out the connection. This already threw me off but then during the interview, the hiring manager started snacking and crunching on carrots. That's extremely off putting, distracting and unprofessional to be eating during an interview. It was also hard to understand her description of the role, but I think that's mainly because it's a new role and she's also unclear what this person would be doing. Overall, I didn't care to continue with this company after the initial video interview.
