FlexTrades interview questions

They called me multiple times to screen me over the phone. Asked me same questions on more than one occasion. Then they wanted my employer references which I no longer had the direct lines. When I gave the company numbers the interviewer was angry. I managed to get the direct numbers from my former co-worker whom I still talk to. Then they called one of them up and she said he gave me a great review but they had to reject it because he was a retailer where I had done some warehouse work for. They tried to call my other employer where I was an assembler but they claim they could not reach him. When I investigated, it turns out my old boss was out for the Memorial day holiday weekend plus an extra day. I made PMG aware of this and they told me I only get 48 hours for them to verify my references and that they have other candidates to pursue. So they told me they were no longer moving forward with my application! This place is so anal! So unfair! They promise high salary plus paid hotel. It must be a scam!

Very professional and informative. Didn't take a lot of time and was right to the point. Asked about my interest and different opportunities they had. Then an assessment was taken place to test my knowledge on the job title I was after.
