The interview process was very fast. Upon arrival at the Daresbury UK site, I was greeted by the Director of Technical Support. I was given a brief tour of the offices before being introduced to the team lead of the appropriate section. The interview was very friendly while remaining formal and informative for both parties. Both interviewers were interested in more than just technical ability and were keen to listen to all answers.

had a positive and well-structured interview experience that took place over the course of about four weeks. The process included four stages spread across one month, and throughout each step I was treated with professionalism, clarity, and respect.

They asked me to walk them through a challenging technical problem I solved in a previous role and explain how I approached troubleshooting it step by step.

4 rounds, 3.5 hours total. 1 HR Screening, 1 manager interview, 1 technical interview, 1 final interview. They ghosted me after the final round which is unacceptable after sending multiple thank you emails and spending hours preparing for the interviews themselves. I would've been fine with just a generic thank you but we've selected another candidate email, but they don't even have the decency for that. Very unprofessional.
