Flexport Associate interview questions

the managers who interviewed me were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The team seemed like a very nice and eager team to work with and I was actually very excited.They asked the whole supply chain and forwarding route based on what I know. The CEO was friendly as well and shared a lot about the company. 3 weeks later, I get a whatapp message from the HR saying I got the job. I do not think the HR is efficient at all. He could not even give me what the benefits of the company was and the salary range. Basically wasted my time. Since I got the job, I sent him a message about my queries about the benefits and salary that I'm looking for and since then I've been ghosted by the company. Just a very weird process. If you can afford to pay me, you could just be transparent instead of ghosting candidates.
