I got in contact with a recruiter, had a phone screen, followed by a 45 minute phone interview with a product manager. My phone interview was rescheduled twice, each time with a different person. The PM I finally spoke to asked some standard PM questions and asked about my background. Pretty normal, except he seemed very full of himself, and did not seem interested in being on the call. Not the best vibe. After the call, I considered just dropping out of the process, but figured I'd wait to see what happened. A week later, the recruiter finally informed me they were passing, which was fine by me.
