There were two people in the panel and they asked me about my background. From this conversation, further questions shot up regarding my career plans and how I would go ahead to hep them materialise. We discussed about success parameters of e-commerce before proceeding towards abstract questions which were meant to be thought on feet.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flipkart (Bengaluru)
Interview
Hiring process will consist of 3 steps
1. CV shortlisting
2. Telephonic Screening ( either 1 or 2 rounds )
3. On-site face to face interview (Bangalore office)
There onsite interview process is not very streamlined. First i was being told that i will have 4-5 rounds and post that result will come. But on interview i was informed that, it will be elimination rounds. So for me just two rounds happened and i was asked to leave. No feedback was provided. Plus you will have to wait a lot for each round(approx 1.5hrs after each round).
Whole interview will on your CV only, one or two situation questions only.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Flipkart (Bengaluru) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had applied through an online job portal. HR called for first screening round and scheduled a telephonic interview for 3 days later. The round went decent, then I got an email from HR for next telephonic round. On the scheduled day no one called for the interview. This happened 5 times. And finally the second round happened a month later from the first round. After that In two days I was called for in person interview at Bangalore office. Gave 4 rounds of interviews. After the rounds HR said they would come back to me in 15 days with feedback. It took HR almost a month to communicate the feedback, after few emails from my end. All the interviews were case based. But the company and its HR is very unprofessional when it comes to recruitment at least.
The logistics for in person interview were arranged well. But overall not a good experience
