The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flipkart (Bengaluru) in Mar 2011
Interview
While one is trying to apply for companies like flipkart it is very important to position oneself to the right opportunity. One needs to map it to what the expectations is and which role does it fit in your current company.
This is needed as there is a large parity with the experience level of a particular position at a startup like flipkart to any larger firm you would work for. If you don't aim the right position and rush you might end up answering an interview which is not for you and fail.
Something i learned the hard way.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Flipkart
Interview
I applied for a Senior Manager position. They postponed the interview at last moment.
After re-scheduling, interviewer joined 25 minutes late. The conversation went fine & I was told that I will be moving to the next set of rounds.
Next day, I get a rejection email. I reached out to recruiter to share feedback. The recruiters did not even pick up the call or respond to emails
Such a shame!

The interview process was as usual. The interviewer asked some typical business questions. After the interview, I did not receive any update even after multuple followups. The HR mentioned that the interviewer has gone on a long leave. I mean WTF!
