I was selected from my college by the HR manager for the final round.In the final round which was in gurgaon ,he asked me about my part time job in oriflame and also the basics of my specialisation subject i.e from marketing and international business.His main questions were from their brand and its services I.e from flipkart.He asked me to compare his brand with the other competitive brands like amazon,e-bay etc.His last discussion was about the salary he offered to me.

Question 1
What is the story or concept of our advertisement which we are showing in television?
Smooth process with offer being rolled out in less than 2 weeks. The interview was taken by a director followed by senior manager in director's team, I had applied through a post over Linkedin.
As always apti, followed by GD and then personal interview with few serious questions.
It was a great experience. The HR panel was super cool but it was a quick interview of 20 mins.

There were total 4 rounds of interview process. It was in-office and smooth interview rounds and well managed.
1st round introduction, second Excel test, third managerial and last HR round.
