I have applied through consultant. Then recruiter from Flipkart contacted me, scheduled "exploratory discussion" with QA Director next day 9am. Interviewer called me at 9:10am saying, want to have interview at 9.30am. Got the call at rescheduled time, interviewer told about himself in 2 lines! Ask me to tell about myself and there was general discussion on agile process. It got over! Felt interviewer do not know, how to conduct interviews.
