first step is screening after they take aptitude test and 2-3 round of personal interview like technical interview, managerial interview and HR interview. after that they provide offer letter to selected student.
Difficult they will as only different wuestions bcz they will ask all internal process related questions hence it a bit difficult

Interview taken my multiple people across different roles if the interview is for category. You'll most likely be on a third party payroll and the expectations are minimum. But the main thing is that they will explicitly ask you to be available close to 18 hours a day to spend for work, though not completely, but yes definitely it will take most of your time
