Interview
Mostly behavioural and background/experience oriented. There was a technical depth round that lacked technical depth of any sort and felt amateurish. The interviewer was not sure what he was looking for and came in unprepared. Senior leadership and HR were polite, courteous and transparent.

Team management style
2 phone and 4 in person interviews consisted of technical and behavioral question. There was one coding round and 2 ml round. The process took 6 weeks from initial contact.
