I applied online. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Easy - multiple steps, interviewed with HR, then a group webcall intro to company, then with person who would be field manager (pretty sure he was drunk), and then finally CFO. Overall, easy and quick.

Question 1
Repeatedly asked at every stage if I understood the risk - you have to pay for the exams on your own and then have to hustle to build a client list for them. Last interview was very odd- asked what I ordered as an alcoholic beverage and if I'd be down to party/hang out with team after hours because that was "very important"

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
