The first interview was definitely a lot more relaxed than you'd expect from most financial advisory firms. They really went through the business and structure of FFA. You will also get a quick view on what the company is like.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
