Essentially, after your application is screened, you are scheduled by phone to attend an info session and your initial interview via Zoom. You will be quizzed on items from the career preview in both the initial and second round interviews. Warning: The "Fast Start" program is their unpaid training that you will go through if you accept a position with them. You will not get paid while you are training/ working until you sign 4 clients (typically takes 2-3 months). Unless you don't have any bills to pay, do not waste your time.
