There are three levels to the interview process: an introductory group information session, a one-on-one with a recruiter, and a final interview with the director of the location. I was not invited to the final interview, though I was not interested in moving forward. Everyone is friendly and professional, however my recruiter/HR professional was a bit late to our one-on-one. There were some slightly technical questions asked in the second interview, most of which were introduced in the intro session. They want potential employees to fund their certification process and work without base pay until reaching a certain level of commission, both of which were unappealing to me. I think my one-on-one betrayed this feeling and neither of us followed up regarding an additional interview. This does feel like a place where they want a lot of bodies and hope that the people who can handle it stick around. I was looking for a position that would support me through the financial strain of a move.
