The interview process was quite straightforward. After applying online, I was contacted by an HR coordinator and we conducted a phone interview. Thereafter, it led to several meetings with various individuals in the firm. When we were scheduling the interviews, the team at Flow Traders was very flexible and accommodating which was great.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
