After CV screening, they sent a math test to solve online whilst the recruiter watches. I passed, then they send me an IQ test including numerical, verbal and logic questions.

Online Test consists of mental maths and sequences questions -HR interview -Tech interview -onsite interviews including multuple rounds of tech interview, will be asked a range of questions from brainteasers, probability questions and ETF specific questions.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
