First maths test, then an IQ test, then get to video interview with recruiter. They asked some questions like why not investment banking and some brainteasers questions. People are kind and patient.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
