Interview
Was uitgenodigd voor de eerste ronde van het sollicitatiegesprek.
Numerieke test: 75 vragen. Waarvan er 30 erg makkelijk waren, 30 waren gemiddeld en 15 waren moeilijk. Bij de makkelijke vragen gingen er 3 punten af voor elk fout of overgeslagen antwoord.
Hierna moest ik een IQ-test maken. Die wordt uitgevoerd door Pi Company.

Online Test consists of mental maths and sequences questions -HR interview -Tech interview -onsite interviews including multuple rounds of tech interview, will be asked a range of questions from brainteasers, probability questions and ETF specific questions.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
