I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flow Traders (Amsterdam) in Sep 2023
Interview
First round was proctored mental maths test. If you pass it they immediately invite you to an interview. The interview is from HR, but it is surprisingly technical. E.g. the structure of ETFs and market-making concepts. The interviewer asked me about Quant Firms I had applied to, and if they had rejected me then why. Pretty poor experience overall compared to similar firms.
