First its a maths test. Then interview with HR and then another with a trader + HR. They ask you a lot about what their company does and how etfs and derivatives work.
Had a first round interview with HR, this was competenceny based questions. Then had an interview with a trader and HR present. Questions mainly about their business and why you want to be a trader.

Interview
First you just had an easy math test, which you should be able to pass if you practiced a bit. On RankYourBrain.com I could get a score of 105+ for easy and 70 for Extreme, with this I obtained a Math test score of 9+
The Intelligence test is just logic questions, make sure to do it in your native language.
Motivation interview with recruiter is just the typical questions, you should not fail in this round.
Brain teaser round:: practice. I don't know anyone who failed in this round actually.
Final Case Study:: Can be hard, read some books on ETFs.
