Flowserve On-Site Applications Engineer interview questions

I applied online as a recent grad. Overall the process took a week. 1st - spoke with an HR person through the phone and talked about myself and qualifications. Took about 20 min. 2nd - About 9 days later I was contacted by an HR person to schedule my second interview. The second interview consisted off interview with 4 other people and a shop tour. The interview was more of a laid back conversation than formal interview conversation. The interview process was not hard at all since all they wanted to know if you had exposure to rotating equipment and are looking forward to learn more.

Got wind of the open position through my wife's students sister who's boyfriend was promoted. Spoke to him, sent him my resume, he passed it on to his boss, he spoke to the other bosses, called me spoke to him, came in for an interview, and after what seemed like forever with background checks etc. they made an offer.
