I applied to a Recruiter job at Foot Locker and 2 weeks after I applied, I was reached out by the manager for a video call. I thought the call went well and immediately, she set me up to speak with her manager. The next day, I did another video interview with her manager. It has been over a week now and I followed up by email with no response. I just got ghosted after 2 rounds of interview. I would rather hear a No than nothing. It is unrespectable of people's time and effort.

Interviews moved quickly and then didn't. Recruiter did not follow up and eventually I was ghosted. I did receive a "Thank you for interest" email 3months after my last interview.

I was super flexible with my time and I accommodated early availability. I had a 30 minute screening phone interview and then a 30 minute video call with Director of talent. After the interview was over she thanked me for my time and said goodbye. I never heard back. The unprofessional and disregard to people's time is unbelievable.
