It was a group interview which was a bit more stressful than a solo interview personally. Although they did try to make us feel welcome. The thing that annoyed me was they couldn't even be bothered to call the people who were rejected after the interview, there were only 8 of us!

How to handle difficult customers. When have you handled difficult customers in the past
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
