I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Cottage Grove, OR) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online via Forcepoint.com. Received an email approximately 4 days later asking if I had time for a "pre-interview" call a few days later. Had the call with a manager, where I discussed my background and why I thought I'd be a good fit for Forcepoint. A technical interview call was scheduled approximately a week later, and just prior to this call, the manager asked if I had a few minutes *after* the technical call to speak to the hiring manager. Had the technical interview, spoke to the hiring manager fairly briefly, after which he indicated verbally that Forcepoint will be making me an offer. Offer arrived 2 weeks later.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Istanbul) in May 2022
Interview
The Talent acquisition team at Forcepoint was very supportive through the hiring process with providing information and directions. During the technical interviews the team members and managers were quite motivating about the process and were very clear about the culture and job description. Hiring and also onboarding processes are very standardized, caring and supportive. Human centric and teamwork culture of the company ease all the steps for a new hire.
