I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI) in Mar 2016
Interview
It is a research position. There is only a penal interview with three engineers, no HR people. It last one and half hours, followed by a campus bus tour. They asked six technical questions, most about of which are research but there is one about basic classical control theory. Then six behavioral questions, all of which are just normal.
