Went to career fair at my university and spoke to the representatives. They recommended that I applied to the FCG program online and I did. A few days later, I was contacted by two recruiters for a phone interview that lasted less than 30 minutes. I will be going to Dearborn on Monday to do a meet and greet, and be interviewed.

They have thorough interview process from Intro to technical scanning including coding , they make sure to scan through every perspective like culture, personality, knowledge base. Mostly interview panel will have more than 2 people

Interview process consisted of behavioural questions and technical questions. Behavioural questions were typical questions like how do you solve challenges. Technical portion included python code review. I was asked design pattern questions and file reading for hardware modules.
