I applied for an analyst position online and received a call from an HR recruiter shortly thereafter. He conducted a brief telephone interview and then set up a series of phone interviews with others on the team I would be working with. After the phone interviews I went to Cambridge for a full day of 1:1 interviews which were, for the most part, chatty discussions based around background and scenario questions. Out of seven in person interviews, two were what I would classify as difficult: Tough questions from seemingly gruff individuals. After the 1:1 interviews, I was told the next step would be to write a research report and then, following edits, present my findings to a panel of analysts. However, prior to moving to that next step - a process that would have taken several more weeks - I was offered another analyst position, which I accepted
