I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
The recruitment process for the BDR role at Forrester consisted of multiple stages:
1: Meeting with HR in London (Forrester's European headquarters)
2: Meeting with my potential future manager (also in London)
3: Meeting with various people from Forrester: As I recall, it was the sales team (VP sales Europe, Team lead, etc...)
4: Case study and exercise: I was asked to produce a concrete case study for Forrester, followed up by presenting my findings to the team and finishing off with a Q&A.
5: Debriefing with HR
The process may seem a bit lengthy, but that hasn't been a problem at all for me. All the people I met during this interview are very helpful and professional.
They took the time to make me feel comfortable, to get to know me better, to understand my career choices and my motivations, and finally, to answer any questions that I had.
My advice: Try to highlight your accomplishments, explain what you've learned, and what you can bring to Forrester. Of course, inform yourself as much as possible about Forrester (activity, company culture, development opportunities) and don't hesitate to ask as many questions as possible.
Negative point: Forrester uses Webex as their main meeting platform, which I had some connection problems with during my interviews.

Why Forrester? What are your motivations?
What are your professional achievements ? How would you do that in Forrester ? How would you present Forrester ?
