I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forrester (Cambridge, MA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied through the Forrester website and was contacted by a recruiter very soon after. I had 1 phone screen with the recruiter, 1 call with the hiring manager later that same week, and 1 in-person interview with 4 people back to back the following week. By the end of the interview process, I had a good understanding of what the job would actually entail: day-to-day, cycles throughout the year, the team(s) I would be working with, etc.
The whole process was great - The recruiter I worked with was very helpful and quick to follow up; I was always kept in the loop which was very refreshing. Things were transparent: salary range/ benefits were discussed during the phone screen.
Everyone I had the opportunity to talk to was very knowledgeable and passionate. The office environment was also great!
