Forrester Solution Partner interview questions

Recruiter, hiring manager, series of interviews, presentation are part of the sequence. Pretty straight forward. The company struck me as a very white dominant place. Focus on first world problems, very music focused. Mostly white men and women in senior roles. Sad to see this. Looking for customer empathy, sales focus, consultative approach, strong communications, team player but individual contributor. Humility also important.
