Forterra interview questions

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It lasted about four hours, following a tour of the company’s facility in Clarksburg, MD. There weren’t any particularly challenging questions, and overall, I felt confident about my performance. However, I believe I wasn’t selected due to my immigration status, as the position requires U.S. citizenship. I do wish this had been made clear at the outset of the process, as it would have saved time and set the right expectations.

Straight to first interview with hiring manager. No screen. 30 min phone call. I cut the interview short once I realized the job I was being interviewed for was a 3-in-1 job and had unadvertised travel demands.
