Interview
One day interview process. You go through about 5-6 one on one interviews with different employees ranging from entry guys to the senior level ones. Really relaxed, if they like you, you'll stay longer in the day. After that if you made it to the end they'll call you and ask to fill out post interview questions. Then the final step is if they like you enough you have an offer, if they don't then you don't get an offer.

Interview
Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.
On site interview speaking with people who worked in various positions at the company. A lot of small talking and asking questions. Surprised at how little formal interviewing there was but I definitely learned a lot.

What kinds of jobs have you applied or interviewed for?
An in person all day process to learn more about the company. You will speak to several people in many roles in the office as well as have the opportunity to shadow one of the employees towards the end of the interview.
