Very long and informative. You speak with many different people in all levels of the company. It was very casual and they just really want to get to know you well.

What are important factors that you are considering in your job search?
Very straightforward, asked about you overall to try and get to know you as a person. The interviewers were easy to speak to. Use Glassdoor to prepare, it was super helpful.
The overall process was 4 stages with a final in-person interview.
The interviewers were friendly and open about all the possible opportunities at Fortitude Systems. I was interviewed by all former student-athletes other than one round.

Super flaky... didn't follow up after the call. Sounded super interested at first, scheduling two calls that didn't really make a ton of sense. Left the second interview confused, feeling misled and like it was simply a waste of time.
