I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems
Interview
Was contacted via phone and talked about 30 minutes about company practices and culture as well as my skills and plans for future. Came into the office for an interview a few days later. Lasted about 3 hours total, met with 3 different people then went to lunch with some others.

No real challenging questions. They really want to get to know you personally and see if you are a good fit with the culture
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fortitude Systems in Feb 2025
Interview
Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

Interview
The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
